Global Affairs Canada's Finalized Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

All initiatives counted as part of the $650M SRHR commitment will be expected to collect as many of the SRHR KPIs as possible with a minimum of at least two.

Canada will promote gender equality and empower women and girls around the world by addressing the gaps in sexual and reproductive health and rights, with the help of experienced global, local and Canadian partners.

Family Planning and Contraception

Sexual and Gender-Based Violence

Reduced sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), including child, early and forced marriage (CEFM) and female genital mutilation and cutting (FGMC) 

# of people who have experienced, or are at risk of, any form of SGBV that have received related services in the previous 12 months through GAC-funded projects

Canada has signed on to the FP2020 Global Adolescent Data Statement committing to the collection, use and reporting of age and sex-disaggregated data, including for adolescents. In addition to age and sex disaggregation, where feasible and appropriate data should also be disaggregated by factors such as marital status, marginalized status, geographic, wealth and other relevant identifiers.
