Getting to Ottawa:
The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport is located 10.2 km south of downtown Ottawa. Taxi service at the airport is available; the average cost to take a taxi downtown is $34 and takes about 20 minutes.
Hotels may offer shuttles from the airport. OC Transpo also offers the 97 bus from the airport into downtown, with a cost of $3.40 per trip in cash, or $3.35 with a Presto card. All buses in Ottawa are accessible, but riders with disabilities can also contact Para Transpo ahead of time if additional service is required.
Ottawa is located a five-hour drive northeast of Toronto and two hours west of Montreal(depending on traffic and where your departure point is).
Ottawa Central Station is the main inter-city bus terminus in Ottawa. Located at 265 Catherine Street, it is accessible by taxis, OC Transpo, or a 30-45 minute walk to the University of Ottawa and nearby hotels.

The Ottawa Train Station is serviced by Via Rail and is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Ottawa. Buses and taxis are available at the station.
