In the face of the ambiguity and uncertainty that accompanies COVID-19, Canadian organizations and their global partners remain committed to supporting the health and rights of the world’s most vulnerable through their operations. Through this online discussion, we are inviting organizations who are currently delivering global health programming to: (a) share information with colleagues and Global Affairs Canada; (b) identify current and anticipated challenges that may impede operations; and (c) strategize collectively about short-term solutions, strategies, and recommendations.
There will be dedicated time to talk about the specific challenges facing organizations who are in the final year of operating under Global Affairs Canada grants, as well as those facing organizations who are launching or are anticipating launching new programming. The conversation will focus on global health programs; however, all development organizations are welcome.
This webinar is the second in a series as our sector implements COVID-19 response measures. Upcoming sessions will focus on other considerations including human resource policies, legal considerations and communications/messaging, among other topics.
