As Director of Global Health Impact, Jessica leads CanWaCH’s strategic efforts to strengthen Canadian monitoring and evaluation processes, capacity and collaborations, in order to drive evidence-driven programming and decision-making. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto, specializing in Health Promotion and Women’s Health. Jessica has worked in diverse senior program management, public health research and evaluation positions in Canada and internationally, including most recently as Director of Programs for IDRF, where she led an extensive portfolio of emergency response and development programs across several continents. Jessica is a part-time Professor at Centennial College, where she teaches international development courses on Global Health, Humanitarian Action, and Poverty and Inequality. In a volunteer capacity, Jessica serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Council for International Cooperation, and is a member of the Board of the Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research (CCGHR) and Penny Appeal Canada.
